Refund & Return Policy

At Yurtel Parts, customer satisfaction is important. Please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original Samsung Service Pack packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Installed, damaged, or altered LCDs and spare parts.

• Items without original packaging.

• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

• Contact support within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
